This website collects nothing
This site is a presentation template built for design review. It has no database, no analytics, no tracking scripts and no form processing. Anything typed into a form on this site stays in your browser and is discarded when the page is reloaded.
Forms
Every form is marked as a demonstration form. Submitting one shows a confirmation message and nothing else: no data is sent to a server, emailed, written to a file or logged.
Cookies and storage
No cookies are set and nothing is written to your browser's storage. The welcome screen is shown on every page load because nothing is remembered between them.
Third-party content
Fonts, the Bootstrap framework and placeholder photographs are loaded from public content delivery networks. Those providers may record standard request information such as an IP address, in line with their own policies.
Patient information
Please do not enter medical details or personal health information anywhere on this site. No part of it is designed or secured to receive that information.
